Homemade Face

Yesterday I found a recipe for the easiest facial ever.  It claimed to be to reduce blackheads, which is a claim that is honestly never substantiated.  It's as though those things will never go away. Le sigh.  None-the-less I gave this recipe a try (my own tweaked version) and didn't notice anything too incredible the first day, but glancing in the mirror this morning I had to do a double take because my blackheads were legitimately gone.  Blew. My. Mind.

1 Tbsp Juice from a tangerine (the recipe I found vaguely said "real orange juice"...all I had was a tangerine, but it seemed to work just fine nonetheless)
1 Tbsp Baking Soda

Mix, slather, let dry for 20 minutes or so.  Dampen fingers and do a little exofoliating action, then rinse.  I put on my normal face lotion afterwards and that was it.  My face was a little red from the facial but not painful or burning.  A little itchy while it dried, but the recipe said to expect this.

Another incredibly easy and effective practice for ones complexion I've found is bascially any inverted yoga pose.  The idea is that the blood gets flowing through your face (you know that feeling) and once you're up and about again BAM! instantly invigorated complexion.  It's pretty amazing.  And easy.

So yeah, good face.
